Chocolate dipped potato chips

Since I have been in the chocolate dipping spirit with all the fun Halloween treats I made last month (like the delicious chocolate covered pretzel pumpkins I made a few weeks ago), I figured I’d continue my chocolate dipping adventures with chocolate dipped potato chips.  Check out how pretty they look:
