This zucchini slice has been one of my go-to recipes since my youngest kiddo was around 7 months old. I call it zucchini slice but as a kiwi I should probably refer to it as Courgette slice. Either way this a great simple family friendly recipe, suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner and also brilliant for baby led weaning.
