Sweet and Salty Valentines Day Popcorn

Growing up my Mom would make sweet and salty popcorn to give out to the neighbors for Christmas. That popcorn was so addicting and any of my friends who got to try it would immediately want to know how she made it. We made a different recipe this year for Christmas, so I thought it would be to make my moms sweet and salty popcorn, but for Valentines Day parties instead.
