For years, I have been making this cheddar and sausage quiche recipe for special occasion brunches or breakfasts – Mother’s Day weekends, girls’ weekends, and Christmas gatherings. It is an easy quiche recipe, and if you are running low on time, you can always use a ready-made crust. Or maybe you prefer to leave the crust off for a low-carb crustless quiche.
