Grill the bacon in a nonstick skillet. Keep it warm
Rinse and blot the scallops with their coral. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet and brown the scallops
Cut the truffle into 16 slices and slip them into each scallop cut in the thickness
Serve each walnut placed on a slice of toasted bread and topped with grilled bacon.
