The IKEA Swedish meatballs at one point used to be a favorite. But on a recent visit, they weren’t nearly the same as I remembered. I don’t think they changed the recipe for bad, it’s just clear that my tastes have evolved away from the spongy ameat foams into a healthier and tastier version. Paleo Swedish Meatballs.
