Warm up your oven to 250 degrees F.
Stir the yeast and sugar in warm water until well combined; set aside for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.into
Mix the flours with a dash of salt and blend in 3 tbsp of butter.
Pour in the milk, yeast mixture as well as beaten eggs and process with a food processor until mixed thoroughly.
Wrap the surface of the large bowl with a cling film and place it in a roasting pan.
